Terms of Service
In consideration for being permitted by The Happy Glamper LLC to participate in tent camping and use of any and all The Happy Glamper LLC’s property, including but not limited to indoor teepees, picnic tables, low tables, rugs, pillows and cushions, décor, activity stations, craft supplies, spa items, movie equipment, electrical items, and any related accessories, I hereby waive, release and discharge any and all claims for damages for personal injury, death, or property damage which I may have, or which may hereafter accrue to me, as a result of participation in tent camping, picnic events, activities, or use of any and all The Happy Glamper LLC’s property. This release is intended to discharge in advance The Happy Glamper LLC (its officers, employees, and agents) from any and all liability arising out of or connected in any way with my participation in tent camping, picnic events, activities, or use of any and all The Happy Glamper LLC’s property, including but not limited to indoor teepees, picnic tables, camp stoves, fire pits, fire elements, cooking and/or roasting utensils, electrical heaters or air conditioners, decorative items, cushions, rugs, activity equipment, craft supplies, spa-related items, and movie or electrical equipment. It is understood that these activities involve an element of risk and danger of accidents and, knowing those risks, I hereby assume full responsibility for those risks.
I understand that The Happy Glamper LLC does not provide childcare or supervision. A responsible adult must be present at all times during the event. I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for the supervision, behavior, and safety of all participants, including minors, during the event. I further understand that certain activities and add-ons may involve small items, water, heat, cosmetic products, electrical components, or physical movement, and participation in such activities is voluntary and at my own risk.

I acknowledge that weather conditions are outside of The Happy Glamper LLC’s control, and The Happy Glamper LLC is not responsible for discomfort, delays, cancellations, or damages caused by weather, wind, heat, rain, or other natural elements. I confirm that the event location and setup area are safe, level, accessible, and appropriate for the rented items, and I understand that The Happy Glamper LLC is not responsible for injuries or damages caused by uneven surfaces, terrain, patios, decks, lawns, or surrounding environmental conditions.

I understand that I am financially responsible for damage to ANY of The Happy Glamper LLC’s property. If any contents of the tents, picnic setups, activity items, décor, or equipment are damaged, destroyed, or stolen, I agree to pay The Happy Glamper LLC for said items. I acknowledge that The Happy Glamper LLC does not provide or serve alcohol and is not responsible for the consumption of alcohol by any guest during the event.

I further agree to indemnify and hold The Happy Glamper LLC free and harmless from any loss, liability, damage, cost, or expense which they may incur as the result of my death, injury, or property damage sustained while participating in tent camping, picnic events, activities, or use of any and all The Happy Glamper LLC’s property. This agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas.

Unless otherwise requested in writing prior to the event, I grant The Happy Glamper LLC permission to use non-identifying photographs of event setups for marketing and promotional purposes, including social media and website use. I acknowledge that I have reviewed and agree to The Happy Glamper LLC’s cancellation, rescheduling, and refund policies. Cancellations made 14 days in advance of the booking can be refunded minus any credit card processing fees. For cancellations made one week in advance, a 50% refund may be issued. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made one week or less in advance of the booking. Additional refunds are at the sole discretion of the owners.

For participants under the age of 18, I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian and consent to my child’s participation. I agree not only to the release above regarding my child’s participation, but also for myself and my heirs, assigns, and next of kin, to release and indemnify The Happy Glamper LLC from any and all liability incident to my minor child’s involvement, even if arising from the negligence of The Happy Glamper LLC, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
I have read this Release of Liability and Waiver Agreement, fully understand its terms, understand that I have given up substantial rights by checking the box to “sign,” and do so freely and voluntarily without any inducement.
