Terms of Service

In consideration for being permitted by The Happy Glamper LLC to participate in in tent camping, and use of any and all The Happy Glamper LLC’s property, hereafter, “glamping,” I hereby waive, release and discharge any and all claims for damages for personal injury, death or property damage which I may have, or which may hereafter accrue to me, as a result of participation in glamping. This release is intended to discharge in advance The Happy Glamper LLC (its officers, employees and agents) from any and all liability arising out of or connected in any way with my participation in tent camping, and use of any and all The Happy Glamper LLC’s property, including but not limited to, the camp stove, fire pit, fire elements, cooking and/or roasting utensils.  It is understood that this activity involves an element of risk and danger of accidents and knowing those risks, I hereby assume those risks.

 

I understand that I am financially responsible for damage to any of The Happy Glamper’s property.  If any contents of the tents, or tents themselves are damaged, destroyed, or stolen, I will pay The Happy Glamper for said items. 

 

I further agree to indemnify and to hold The Happy Glamper LLC free and harmless from any loss, liability, damage, cost or expense which they may incur as the result of my death or any injury or property damage that I may sustain while participating in tent camping and use of any and all The Happy Glamper LLC’s property.

 

This agreement is construed under the laws of the state of Arkansas. 

 

FOR PARENTS/GUARDIANS OF MINORITY AGE (under age 18, or such other age of consent as may be applicable in any given jurisdiction, at time of registration): This is to certify that I/we, as parent(s)/guardian(s) with legal responsibility for this participant, do consent and agree not only to the release above regarding this participant’s participation in camping, but also for myself/ourselves, and my/our heirs, assigns and next of kin, to release and indemnify the Releasees from any and all Liability incident to my/our minor child’s involvement as stated above, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

 

I have read this Release of Liability and Waiver Agreement, fully understand its terms, understand that I have given up substantial rights by checking the box to “sign it”, and “sign it” freely and voluntarily without any inducement.
